The irradiation processing center independently designed and invested by Yitaike has been put into operation in June 2018. The company's irradiation processing center includes:

1.2.5 MeV CELV electron accelerator with a maximum beam current of 50 mA and a maximum beam power of 100 KW, equipped with four-sided irradiation device;

2. A set of devices under two-in-two-out small wire harness: 600 double-support four-wheel active internal traction, 400 tension frame and 4.5 m vertical wire storage frame, 500-1250 mm double-station wire receiver and playback machine, which can meet the irradiation processing of small wires and tubes.

3. One in, one out and one out of 1200 bundles under the device set: 1200 internal traction, external configuration 1250 crawler tractor and 2500 gantry type take-up and release machine, to achieve active take-up and release.

The company's electronic accelerator has been measured by China National Institute of Metrology. The beam uniformity and dose accuracy have reached the leading level in China. The failure rate of irradiation processing center is low, and it can be continuously produced 24 hours. We can also develop and customize special irradiation devices and processes according to customer needs.
